Donations: your name, email address, phone number, optional message, the amount and frequency of your gift, and a payment reference. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach or get stored on our servers.

Contact and feedback forms: your name, email address, phone number (contact form only, optional), subject and message.

Newsletter: your email address, and your name if you gave it with a donation.

Website usage: if analytics is switched on, Google Analytics records anonymous visit information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, using cookies.

To process your donation, send you a receipt and thank you, and keep a record of gifts received.

To reply to your messages and feedback.

To send updates about the Foundation's work, only if you asked to receive them. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe.

To understand how the website is used and improve it.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the website: Stripe (payments), our email provider (receipts, replies and updates), our hosting provider, and Google Analytics if enabled. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Donation records are kept for as long as needed for our accounting and legal obligations. Messages are kept until they have been dealt with. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by contacting us at the address below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
